Description

The BaiCells PBS31010 Neutrino430 is an indoor LTE TDD eNodeB designed to provide cellular radio access for compatible broadband, enterprise, and private LTE networks. Its compact, all-in-one design integrates a 3 dBi omnidirectional antenna, supporting indoor deployments where a dedicated external cellular antenna may not be required.

The Neutrino430 operates in LTE TDD Band 48, covering 3550–3700 MHz in the standard configuration. It supports 5, 10, 15, and 20 MHz single-carrier bandwidths, as well as two-carrier carrier aggregation (CA) or dual-carrier (DC) operation. These modes allow compatible deployments to use available spectrum more efficiently.

For network connectivity, the PBS31010 provides one Gigabit Ethernet interface and one optical SFP interface. It supports 12 V DC power or compatible IEEE 802.3at PoE+ power equipment. Management features include local and remote web administration, TR-069, monitoring, diagnostics, and software upgrades.

The device also supports GPS synchronization, IEEE 1588v2 synchronization, and BaiCells HaloB embedded EPC functionality. HaloB can provide selected core-network functions within the eNodeB, subject to the supported software and configuration.

Important: The PBS31010 is cellular infrastructure equipment, not a consumer Wi-Fi router. It requires a compatible LTE deployment and appropriate network configuration.

3. Applications / Use Cases

  • Indoor LTE access networks

  • Enterprise and private LTE deployments

  • Fixed wireless broadband infrastructure

  • Small-cell cellular deployments in offices and business facilities

  • LTE networks using authorized Band 48 spectrum

  • Deployments requiring Ethernet or optical backhaul

  • Networks using compatible BaiCells HaloB embedded EPC functionality

4. Compatibility

The PBS31010 requires a compatible LTE network environment.

  • Radio spectrum: The standard model supports LTE TDD Band 48, 3550–3700 MHz.

  • Core network: Compatible LTE EPC infrastructure is required unless an appropriate embedded EPC configuration is used.

  • Backhaul: Connect through the Gigabit Ethernet or optical SFP interface.

  • Power: Use a compatible 12 V DC, 2 A supply or IEEE 802.3at PoE+ equipment.

  • Synchronization: GPS or IEEE 1588v2 synchronization is supported.

  • Carrier aggregation: Requires compatible software, spectrum, configuration, and user equipment.

  • Regional variants: The manufacturer allows customized frequency-band versions. Confirm the exact model variant before assuming Band 42 or Band 43 compatibility.

A standard consumer LTE modem or SIM card alone is not sufficient to operate this base station.
