Description

The TRENDnet TI-PG50 V2 5-Port Industrial Gigabit PoE+ DIN-Rail Switch provides reliable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity and PoE+ power delivery for industrial networking applications. Designed for demanding environments, this unmanaged industrial switch combines four PoE+ ports, a dedicated Gigabit port, redundant DC power inputs and a rugged IP50-rated metal enclosure.

Gigabit PoE+ Connectivity

The TI-PG50 V2 features four Gigabit PoE+ RJ-45 ports and one dedicated Gigabit Ethernet port. It supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at standards, delivering both network data and electrical power through a single Ethernet cable to compatible IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones and other powered devices.

Up to 120W PoE Power Budget

With a total PoE power budget of up to 120W, the switch can supply up to 30W per PoE+ port, subject to the overall available power budget. The available PoE output depends on the connected DC power supply and its input voltage. For the maximum documented 120W budget, use an appropriately rated compatible power supply and operating voltage.

Redundant Industrial Power Inputs

The switch supports dual 48–56V DC power inputs through a removable terminal block. Redundant power connections help reduce the risk of network downtime if one power source is interrupted. Overload current protection is also included.

Rugged IP50 Industrial Enclosure

The TI-PG50 V2 features an IP50-rated metal enclosure designed for industrial installations. Its hardened components are designed to withstand vibration and shock, while the fanless construction provides passive cooling.

Reliable Operation in Extreme Temperatures

Built for demanding industrial conditions, the switch operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 75°C (-40°F to 167°F). This makes it suitable for industrial control cabinets, manufacturing environments and other installations with significant temperature variation.

Flexible Industrial Installation

The TI-PG50 V2 supports DIN-rail and wall mounting, allowing flexible installation in control panels, cabinets and industrial network enclosures. Its compact design, grounding point and removable terminal block simplify integration into industrial power and network infrastructure.
