What systems can Site Support help with?
UniFi Site Support provides priority phone support to a single physical site managed with a UniFi Cloud Gateway or other UniFi Network deployment. We will support all UniFi devices at that physical site. Site Support will be available for other types of UniFi site deployments in the future.
If you have non-Network devices such as Physical Security devices (UniFi Protect / Access), they are included in the same site-level license with your Network devices, even if they are managed by a UNVR at the same site.
When and how is Site Support available?
Phone support is available round-the-clock with a 24x7 plan, or 9am-5pm with a Business Hours plan.
After registering, you will receive an email with instructions for multiple convenient options to schedule a call with Site Support.
In what languages is Site Support available?
Currently, English only.
